“Since our inception in 2007, the Concordia Team have built a unique organisation focused on quality, innovation
and customer service. What differentiates us is our entire team from senior management to operational are 100%

At Concordia we truly believe every one of our customers is unique – and work tirelessly to give every client
that unique experience.

We are proud of our strong track record in leading the MENA Facilities Management market. In 2011 we became the first company in the region to develop and implement mobile technology to efficiently manage thousands of PPM and responsive work orders. This functionality gave our customers greater transparency and real time reporting, helping our customers
to make more informed strategic asset management decisions.

In 2012 Concordia became the first FM company in the MENA region to sign an energy performance contract – Concordia’s
pro-active, detailed approach to efficiency, and reducing energy consumption has saved our customers over USD $20,000,000.
This leadership and innovation is possible due to the strong quality standards that are the solid foundations of our great business. Our unique early adoption of BICS, ASHRI ANSI and BSI standards undoubtedly support our unique, consistent,
high service delivery standards.

It always amazes me how far Concordia have travelled within a relatively short period of time. I feel immensely proud
of Concordia who, collectively, have grown the business into a company that manages over 50 towers and has over
2,000 highly trained staff.
